We are thrilled to announce that Occutrace is now accredited entity under the Water Industry Registration Scheme – Accredited Entity (WIRSAE).
As an accredited WIRSAE entity, Occutrace now can undertake temporary disconnections and reconnections. This means we can now bring to market our streamlined service of “collect and disconnect”, meaning a fully managed series of interventions handled by one supplier. Occutrace clients now have a new option to take action against outstanding debt for non-household properties.
This accreditation demonstrates our dedication to helping water companies optimise their revenue through our commitment and enhanced blend of technology and field-based operations.
What other services Occutrace are developing under the WIRSAE accreditation?
Continuing with WIRSAE we are now developing our accreditation to bring more services to our clients including meter exchanges up to 40mm. In order to establish the best procedures and tackle customers’ issues in the most efficient way we are having conversations with the water companies.
Please reach out to Frances Youngson, Head of Strategic Development and Partnerships, : frances.youngson@occutrace.co.uk to discuss.
What is WIRSAE?
A WIRSAE accreditation allows WIRSAE Providers to tender for and to carry out for Retailers’ water supply disconnections, reconnections and other services, as an alternative to the Wholesaler in whose area the work is being done. WIRSAE Providers are referred to as Accredited Entities in the Wholesale Retail Code.
Our Commitment
At Occutrace, we understand the critical impact that lost revenue can have in the water and utilities industry. Occutrace are dedicated to handling this difficult balance as a WIRSAE entity, ensuring that their debt collection needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and integrity.
